Why is Vaibhav Sooryavanshi not in the India U-19 squad for Australia series?

Though he is technically eligible to feature, Sooryavanshi has not featured for India U-19 since the final of the U-19 World Cup in February, and was not part of its tour to Sri Lanka in June.
