Global Market: European shares muted as bond yields surge on inflation concerns

European shares were largely flat on Tuesday as a sharp rise in government bond yields kept investors cautious amid renewed inflation concerns. The STOXX 600 edged up 0.04%, while energy stocks gained 1.4% as Brent crude traded near $92 a barrel.
