Keralam CM Satheesan urges Modi to halt transfer of Mangaluru from Palakkad railway division

In a letter to the Prime Minister, he says the bifurcation of the division, which was announced without any consultation with the State, has caused serious concern in Keralam owing to its ‘long-term implications for the railway infrastructure and development prospects.’
